Heidi grew up in Atkinson, Nebraska. She came to Lincoln to attend Nebraska Wesleyan University where she received her B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. She is ACE certified as well as current in CPR training. Heidi spent a little over 2 years as a personal trainer at Prairie Life Fitness before starting her own business, Body Innovations, LLC.
An avid runner and weight lifter since 1996, Heidi became passionate about exercise and wellness at a very young age. She truly believes that an overall healthy lifestyle, including a good nutrition plan and a sound fitness program, will enable one to become not only healthier and stronger, but happier, too.
She loves helping people learn and discover how much better their lives can be with a little hard work and dedication. “It never ceases to amaze me what the body can do if it’s just taken care of.”
