At Body Innovations we offer a variety of cardio based fitness classes including Boot Camps of varying difficulties, Kickboxing, and Yoga. Classes consist of anywhere from 5 to 25 people and offer a more economical alternative to traditional one-on-one training, yet still provide a challenging workout in a group setting. Whether it is functional training in boot camps, your fists in boxing class, or using every muscle in your body for yoga, we believe in utilizing your body as a machine for positive change. To back up this stance we don’t own weight machines and our equipment is limited to the basics! (bands, ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, med balls, stability balls)
Instead of going to the gym and doing a few sets and reps on a handful of machines that might hit two muscle groups per machine if you’re lucky, come try out Body Innovations and utilize your entire body in virtually every exercise. All classes are led by a certified personal trainer and are guaranteed to make you sweat. Some classes are an hour, some only 45 minutes, either way you will leave here feeling the burn!
The class schedule and pricing are set up so that participants can attend any days and times, and as often as they like. We offer all our classes on a convenient punch card system, purchase one punch card and attend any classes you would like, the cost is the same for all classes!
We also offer two tiers of monthly programming. Our Mercenary program is our newest and fastest growing means of attending classes. With such a full new class schedule and such a wide variety of classes available to our clients we wanted to offer them an economical way of attending as many classes as possible. This gave birth to our Mercenary program.
You now have multiple options for classes; you can attend whenever you like with the punch cards, 3 times a week with our $99/ month Mercenary option, or unlimited classes for $129/ month with our Mercenary-ALL ACCESS option. We have done our homework and we feel these are the most competitive prices in town!

B o o t c a m p s
BI – Xtrainer: Our standby classic 1 hour boot camp class. This is a circuit style sweat inducing class that combines body weight exercises and minimal equipment for a functional cardio based workout. This class gives you a highly effective total body workout in 1 hour!
BI – Trainee: A 45 minute spin on our regular class for the newbies in the group. We have taken our hour long Xtrainer class and condensed it down into a slower paced 45 minute class with a little more instruction to help you learn what BI is all about. We want you to feel comfortable with the class, the structure, the exercises, and our instructors. Whether it’s your first time taking this style of class, or you are a veteran looking for a lower intensity recovery day workout. Join us every Wednesday night at 7:15!
BI – Warrior: Our most intense class of all! Join us twice a week for this great 45 minute workout. This takes our Xtrainer class to a new level; longer circuit times and shorter rest periods. We challenge our veterans to push themselves to new levels in this class.

BI – Hit: We are excited to move boxing from a specialty class into our regular schedule! Boxing is now offered 3 times a week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 PM and Saturday mornings at 10 AM! This is a great way to mix up your normal workout routine with a great cardio based boxing class. We also ask that you purchase your own gloves and wraps for safety! Thank you.
BI – Flow: Our newest class to Body Innovations, Vineyasa style Yoga. This class will be offered 3 times a week including: Tuesday at 9 AM, Thursday nights at 8 PM and Sundays at 11:30 AM. We will also host a class the first Saturday of every month at 8 AM! We request that everyone bring their own yoga mat.
BI – Flow: Our newest class to Body Innovations, Vineyasa style Yoga. This class will be offered 3 times a week including: Tuesday at 9 AM, Thursday nights at 8 PM and Sundays at 11:30 AM. We will also host a class the first Saturday of every month at 8 AM! We request that everyone bring their own yoga mat.
